We hand over your orders to our shipping partners within a few hours such that you receive them within 10 working days (* remote areas might take additional time). In case the products you have ordered are not in stock, it will take an additional 5-7 days to ship out your order which you will receive within the next 10 business days.
Please note that products, where customization has been requested, will take at least 15 days to be shipped out. Once shipped out, you will be able to track it the same way as any other product.
Once your order has been placed you will get to see order details at your dashboard. You can start tracking your product as soon as it is shipped out to you. A soft copy of the invoice is generated at the time you place your order. Moreover, every shipment is delivered with a detailed invoice hardcopy. You will find the complete breakdown of the charges along with the invoice number.
Currently, ePackers takes orders and delivers them across India. During the checkout page, Buyers need to select the shipping mode and they will see the delivery charges also.
ePackers strives to make deliveries on time. Any delay in delivery due to external factors (weather, social disruptions, and others) will be notified to you on your registered email ID or phone number.
Every product shipped is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. However, if you do feel that the shipment has been tampered with or damaged in transit then please do not take the delivery. Contact our customer care representative immediately to notify us of the same.
